Judging by 'Daddy's' sideburns I'd say early 70's, especially since I have a bunch of original B&W 8mm movies nearly like this myself.

For some reason - maybe in an attempt to make it look much older than it was - The sound was removed from this, as well as the color. You can always tell when they try to greyscale the picture because everyone has an unusual suntan, and in various spots a bit of color is still seen blinking in and out.
